Acquiring new HR know-how to meet the needs of today’s increasingly international business environment

Today’s increasingly international business environment has placed global corporations at the centre of a slate of complex HR issues that include managing careers and talents, tracking cost indicators, overseeing administrative HR management tasks, and ensuring that information circulates between corporate offices and foreign subsidiaries. HR professionals, especially those in charge of International Mobility, must today rise to new challenges if they are to respond effectively to these new demands.

International Mobility managers must make sure that so-called « traditional » HR management methods evolve to meet the increasing expectations of expatriate populations while taking into account a broad array of unique local conditions.

At Equinox Consulting, we break International Mobility down into four key areas:

Administrative management Competency management for high-potential managers Career management International Mobility Compensation and benefits

Through its various assignments, Equinox Consulting has developed expertise in helping implement effective International Mobility management strategies that meet the needs of corporate HR departments and local staff in the countries concerned.
