1. What did you do before joining Equinox?

Titulaire d’un diplôme d’Ingénieur en informatique, j'ai passé quatre ans dans les Services Financiers sur des sujets de gestion du risque réglementaire (Bâle II) et d'amélioration de la performance des systèmes d'information (qualité, pilotage...), en lien direct avec la maitrise d’ouvrage.

2. Why did you decide to join Equinox Consulting?

I wanted to shift my career path towards consulting, but I also wanted to be part of a dynamic, growing firm that would provide me with opportunities for advancement and give me a high level of responsibility for my assignments. Equinox Consulting encourages people with diverse personalities to develop as individuals—you can really grow as a person. The firm also organizes a lot of events.

3. What are you currently working on at Equinox Consulting?

I recently set up the master plan for a financial institution’s risk management division. Right now, I am developing the specifications for a target governance system, helping roll out performance indicators, and supporting business transformation at a French bank.

4. What do you like best about working at Equinox Consulting?

There were quite a few things about the firm I liked right away: the human scale, the close relationships with the rest of the team, and the extremely diverse range of personalities and backgrounds. The atmosphere is very dynamic and client-oriented. It’s all about providing clients with quality service. The fact that the firm has earned a good reputation among market leaders is also a plus. It helps you establish trust quickly and makes it easier to communicate with clients, even about sensitive issues.

5. What do you do when you are not at work?

I am very proud of my Basque heritage. I enjoy spending time back in Basque Country, but I also like discovering new destinations as well. I run, do rock climbing, and love winter sports when I'm on vacation. I am also somewhat of an epicurean, so you will often find me at one of the many restaurants Paris has to offer.
