1. What did you do before joining Equinox?

I went to ESC Rouen Business School where I majored in Market Finance. I completed a student internship as an equity analyst at a major British bank. I was then hired by Equinox Consulting.

2. Why did you decide to join Equinox Consulting?

I was looking for a smaller organizational consulting firm with a focus on quality; one where I would find real career development opportunities. As soon as I started interviewing, I sensed that Equinox Consulting could offer all of that, plus a friendly working environment—comforting for the recent graduate that I was at the time! I felt that Equinox Consulting was the kind of firm that would give young, motivated employees a chance to use their full capacities.

3. What are you currently working on at Equinox Consulting?

I am currently on assignment in the Financial Management Division of a top-tier French bank, where I am working on ALM, various organization-related projects, and more function-related projects.

4. What do you like best about working at Equinox Consulting?

What really strikes me is the team spirit and energy. From the consultants right up to the partners, everyone contributes to making the firm a friendly place to work. We often get together outside our assignments, which is something I particularly appreciate.

5. What do you do when you are not at work?

I dance Salsa, Bachata, and Sevillana and play the piano—mostly classical. I also like to read, travel, and get together with friends over a nice glass of wine.
