Personal Insurance: Jalma

Jalma is an independent consulting firm specialized in personal insurance, including health, P&C, retirement, life, and borrower insurance. Jalma works with insurance companies, mutual insurance agencies, and administrators of mandatory insurance plans.

Equinox Consulting and Jalma work together on projects related to insurance industry issues, most notably concerning the ramifications of Solvency II.

Lean Enterprise Conseil

Lean Enterprise Conseil consultants come from the manufacturing industry and have experience with Lean Six Sigma methods — three of them have even earned Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Equinox Consulting and Lean Enterprise Conseil work together at all stages of Lean Six Sigma projects, from assessments and pilot runs to employee training, rollout, and follow-up.
