Professional development

Equinox Consulting offers employees a well-rounded training program comprised of over 40 sessions held throughout the year, plus foreign-language courses. Our training program is designed to enable each consultant to learn the skills required to meet client needs, including:

• Consulting (consulting fundamentals, proposal writing, and Six Sigma)
• Banking (payment systems and asset management)
• Regulatory issues (MiFID, Solvency II, etc.)
• Language training (English, Spanish)

The training sessions are run by either consultants or outside instructors, depending on the topic.
