Professional development
Equinox Consulting offers employees a well-rounded training program comprised of over 40 sessions throughout the year, plus foreign-language courses. Our training program is designed to continuously update our consultants’ skills in the areas most relevant to clients, including:
- Consulting fundamentals (writing and giving presentations, chairing meetings, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Banking (ALM, consumer credit, payment systems, asset management, etc.)
- The latest industry challenges (credit risk, yield curves, new consumer credit laws, Solvency II, etc.)
- Language training (English and Spanish)
Training sessions are run by consultants or outside instructors, depending on the topic.
