Sample Project

Improving HR processes for the subsidiary of a major bank

Equinox Consulting assessed the HRIS used by the subsidiary of a major bank, and developed an action plan to bolster HR performance and more clearly identify its responsibilities. This project had three goals:

  • Improve data accuracy
  • Streamline data collection and processing by reducing the number of different sources
  • List all HR performance indicators and reports needed to support the company’s operations and provide valuable information to the Executive Committee

Equinox consultants started with a complete review of the company’s HRIS, and then used the findings to develop an effective action plan tailored to the needs of the organization.

After a successful first stage, Equinox consultants naturally carried the project through to completion, assisting the client with implementation in two areas:

  • Individual management (formalizing and sharing procedures, improving reports, and implementing a separate HRIS project)
  • Overall management (process development, reliability testing, review and improvement)
