The working environment

Equinox Consulting regularly schedules events for consultants to get together after hours, away from work and project deadlines.

Monthly staff meetings are held at our Paris offices located on Boulevard Haussmann in order to introduce new employees, give updates on projects and work groups, and discuss the various activities taking place within the firm. Staff meetings usually end with a buffet meal.

Equinox Consulting also holds an annual off-site seminar in a unique destination. Past locations have included Budapest, Hungary; Split, Croatia; and Seville, Spain. These annual events, which take place over several days, are a great opportunity for the entire team to work, relax, and have fun together.

Finally, Equinox Consulting organizes a wide range of social and cultural activities for employees, including weekend city-breaks, short ski trips, evenings at the opera, and poker tournaments.

Consultants are also encouraged to join the Equinox Running Team in the Paris 20k Marathon (http://www.20kmparis.com/) and the Paris Semi-Marathon (www.semideparis.com). These marathons give employees a chance to meet in a strictly non-work setting and push their personal limits. For Equinox, they also provide a way to express the firm’s core values of energy and team spirit.
