The working environment

Equinox Consulting regularly schedules events designed to allow consultants to get together after hours, away from their projects and work groups.

We have recently moved into new offices that provide our employees and clients with a spacious, comfortable working environment. Monthly staff meetings are held at our offices in order to introduce new employees, give updates on projects and work groups, and discuss the various activities taking place within the firm. Staff meetings are relaxed and informal, and usually end with a buffet meal.

Equinox Consulting also holds an annual off-site seminar in a unique destination. Past locations have included Agadir, Morocco; Split, Croatia; and Seville, Spain. These off-site seminars give the entire team several days to work, relax, and have fun together.

Finally, Equinox Consulting offers employees a wide range of social and cultural activities. Consultants are also encouraged to represent Equinox Consulting at events like the Paris Marathon (www.parismarathon.com) and the Hannibal Rally (www.raidhannibal.com).

This year, for the second year in a row, a team of Equinox consultants is participating in the Hannibal Rally.

This multi-sport overland race organized by EM Lyon business school takes participants – professionals from business and government, as well as students from leading institutions of higher learning – on a challenging course from Lyon to Turin. The grueling four-day adventure includes hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, rock climbing, snowshoeing, and canyoning. Beyond the athletic challenges of the event, the rally gives the participants, whether students or professionals, an opportunity to network in a strictly non-work setting. For Equinox, the rally also offers a chance to express the firm’s core values of energy and team spirit.
