Equinox Consulting signed France’s Diversity Charter on December 12, 2008, demonstrating the firm’s commitment to:
- Taking concrete steps to incorporate non-discrimination principles in its HR policies
- Reflecting the diversity of French society in its staff
- Informing employees about its approach to non-discrimination
- Ensuring that its non-discrimination efforts are both consistent and durable, by carefully tracking measures taken throughout the year
France introduced a Diversity Charter in 2004 to encourage companies to adopt non-discrimination principles and to promote employee diversity. By signing this Charter, Equinox Consulting has formalized its commitment to a value held by the firm since it was established.
