Since 2004, Equinox Consulting has provided clients in the banking and finance industries with end-to-end strategy and operations consulting. Our rapidly-growing team of consultants is young and dynamic, and possesses in-depth knowledge of our clients’ markets and industries.
The team has grown from 40 consultants in 2004 to more than 130 at end-2008. This year we plan to hire additional consultants in order to keep pace with rapid growth.
Could you be the next new member of our team?
Because our firm offers clients expertise across a wide variety of fields, we hire consultants with diverse backgrounds and personalities. We are seeking candidates that are detail-oriented and independent. Given the likelihood of international assignments, fluency in English is also a prerequisite.
Equinox is currently hiring senior consultants (with two to six years of experience) and managers.
The ideal candidate will hold a graduate-level degree from a recognized university or business school and have gained significant experience in consulting, project management, process improvements, or process auditing within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will also have solid knowledge of at least one of the following areas:

The ideal candidate will have recently graduated from a business or engineering degree program. He or she must demonstrate a strong sense of initiative, be adaptable, and possess solid analytical skills – and be prepared to apply these skills to consulting projects in the finance industry (investment and retail banking). The ideal candidate will also have prior experience in financial services, with a bank or management consulting firm.
